Construction worker endangered when window shot, police say

State police at Lamar reported an act of criminal mischief that endangered a construction worker.

An unknown individual shot a door window on a piece of heavy equipment being operated by a Williamsport man at about 8:15 a.m. Monday in Bald Eagle Township, Clinton County. The operator was not injured and the individual was not found.

Police did not indicate what the individual used to shoot the window. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact state police at 570-726-6000.
