Bellefonte man charged with felony trespassing
A Bellefonte man was charged with felony trespassing after reportedly entering a College Township home.
According to police, Wayne R. Homan, 58, entered a residence at about 6:50 a.m. Monday along the 3400 block of East College Avenue. No criminal activity is believed to have occurred at the residence.
He was taken into custody and charged with one felony count of criminal trespassing, court documents said. Straight bail was set at $5,000 and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
