Police investigate indecent exposure at Schlow Centre Region Library

State College police are investigating a reported instance of indecent activity at the Schlow Centre Region Library.

At about 8 p.m. Thursday, a man reportedly exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl, police said. The man was described as heavyset, in his 60s with gray hair and beard and was wearing a blue T-shirt and sweatpants.

The incident is under investigation.
