Penn State police investigating indecent exposure incident at library

Penn State police are investigating an indecent exposure incident on campus and have requested the public’s help.

A college-aged male reportedly masturbated in front of another person in the stacks on the third floor of Pattee Library. The incident occurred at 4:15 p.m. Nov. 8.

The male left the scene prior to police arrival. He was about 6 feet tall, had light brown skin, short brown hair and was wearing blue and gray sweatpants and a sweatshirt.

Anyone with information should contact Penn State police at 863-1111 or submit a tip to tip@centrecountycrimestoppers.org. Centre County CrimeStoppers may reward $1,000 to those who provide information that leads to an arrest.
