State police seek man suspected of stealing firearm

State police at Huntingdon are asking for help in finding a individual suspected of theft.

According to police, early on Dec. 4, Dwayne S. Smith, 24, of Mount Union, entered a vehicle with a second individual and removed an handgun without permission. He then reportedly fled the scene with the firearm.

Anyone with information on Smith’s whereabouts is asked to contact state police at 627-3161.
