The State College Police Department is seeking information that will help identify a suspect, according to a news release.

The suspect is wanted for questioning in regard to an assault that occurred at about 2:19 a.m. Saturday in the area of Hiester Street and East Calder Way, the release said.

Anyone with information about this suspect is requested to contact the State College Police Department at 234-7150, by email or submit an anonymous tip through the website.
