Bellefonte:
- A 27-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by Bellefonte police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
- A 28-year-old man was charged Wednesday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, and one summary count of interfering with a trash receptacle.
- A 34-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Wednesday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count each of corruption of minors and child endangerment.
- A 26-year-old Texas man was charged Thursday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.
- A 41-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count of furnishing urine.
- A 53-year-old Mingoville man was charged Thursday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count each of habitual offenders and driving with a suspended license, and two summary traffic citations.
Boggs Township:
- A 26-year-old New York man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with six misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
- A 38-year-old New York man was charged Tuesday by state police at Hollidaysburg with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
College Township:
- A 21-year-old Chester County man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one summary count each of criminal mischief and public drunkenness.
- A 33-year-old State College woman was charged Tuesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and two summary traffic citations.
- A 25-year-old Chester County woman was charged Thursday by State College police with three misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
- An 18-year-old New York woman was charged Friday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
- A Pittsburgh woman was charged Friday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ferguson Township:
- A 23-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Gregg Township:
- A 54-year-old Centre Hall man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of negligent conduct of a dangerous dog and three summary counts of not keeping a dog confined.
Huston Township:
- A 33-year-old Julian man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and an offensive weapon.
Marion Township:
- An 18-year-old State College man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and three summary traffic citations.
- A 21-year-old Massachusetts man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with five misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
- A 32-year-old Indianapolis man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of receiving stolen property, prohibited possession of a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license, one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.
Milesburg:
- A 58-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of property theft.
- A 32-year-old Julian man was charged Saturday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of terroristic threats.
Patton Township:
- A 23-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
- A 29-year-old Milesburg woman was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic citations.
Philipsburg:
- A 42-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 27-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic citations.

- A 42-year-old Howard man was charged Dec. 16 by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 39-year-old Clinton County man was charged Wednesday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one misdemeanor and three summary traffic citations.
State College:
- A 21-year-old State College woman was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
- A 19-year-old New Jersey woman was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 35-year-old Port Matilda woman was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic citation.

Taylor Township:
A 34-year-old Blair County man was charged Dec. 16 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful restraint, simple assault, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of harassment.
