UPDATE: State College police search for 2 suspects in Boalsburg home invasion robbery

State College police are investigating a home invasion in Boalsburg where one suspect allegedly brandished a handgun.

Officers were dispatched about 12:07 a.m. Monday to the 500 block of West Drive in Boalsburg for a home invasion robbery that had just occurred. Officers were told two male suspects fled the home after they attempted to steal property, according to a press release.

The men were confronted by a resident and one of the suspects brandished a handgun with a chrome finish prior to fleeing, police said.

No one was injured in the robbery.

One suspect was described as approximately 5 feet, 7 inches tall, medium build and dressed in dark clothing. The other suspect was described as 6 feet, 2 inches to 6 feet, 4 inches tall, thin build, dark skin and factory-ripped jeans.
