Here are the criminal cases filed Nov. 16-22 in Centre County

Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Nov. 16 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.

Bellefonte:

  • A 36-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Nov. 16 by Bellefonte police with one felony count each of burglary and criminal trespassing, three misdemeanor count of theft by unlawful taking, two misdemeanor counts each of receiving stolen property, theft from a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia, and one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana.
  • A 42-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Tuesday by Bellefonte police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic violations.
  • A 47-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Friday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 44-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Sunday by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count each of harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Benner Township:

  • A 27-year-old man was charged Nov. 16 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of an inmate procuring a weapon.
  • A 19-year-old New York man was charged Nov. 16 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 60-year-old woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with four misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock and driving with a suspended license, and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 53-year-old man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of simple assault.
  • A 34-year-old man was charged Friday by the state Department of Corrections with one misdemeanor count of official oppression and one summary count of harassment.

Boggs Township:

  • A 48-year-old Detroit woman was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

College Township:

  • A 36-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Nov. 16 by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of DUI and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

  • An 18-year-old New Jersey woman was charged Nov. 16 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

  • A 34-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Friday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one summary traffic violation.

  • A 31-year-old Huntingdon County man was charged Friday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.

  • A 42-year-old Spring Mills man was charged Sunday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Ferguson Township:

  • A 21-year-old State College man was charged Nov. 16 by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count of DUI, one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 47-year-old Huntingdon County woman was charged Friday by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
  • An 18-year-old West Virginia man was charged Friday by Ferguson Township police with three misdemeanor counts of DUI.

Gregg Township:

  • A 26-year-old Blair County man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief.

Harris Township:

  • A 25-year-old State College man was charged Friday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Miles Township:

  • A 27-year-old Rebersburg man was charged Nov. 16 by state police at Rockview with one felony count of strangulation, one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and indecent assault, and one summary count of harassment.

Milesburg:

  • A 30-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.

Patton Township:

  • A 37-year-old Fleming man was charged Tuesday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of DUI.
  • A 21-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of cruelty to animals.
  • A 32-year-old Millheim man was charged Thursday by Patton Township police with one felony count of retail theft and one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property.
  • A 33-year-old Blair County man was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Spring Township:

  • A 22-year-old Elk County woman was charged Thursday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

State College:

  • A 29-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Nov. 16 by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
  • An 18-year-old New York man was charged Nov. 16 by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of furnishing alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol, and one summary count of carrying a false identification.
  • A 20-year-old State College man was charged Nov. 16 State College police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and one summary traffic citation.
  • A 20-year-old Philadelphia man was charged Nov. 16 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 24-year-old State College woman was charged Wednesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 27-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Wednesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 20-year-old Cumberland County man was charged Friday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, and one summary count of criminal mischief.
