Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Dec. 14 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.
Benner Township:
- A 23-year-old man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with four felony counts of aggravated harassment by a prisoner, two felony counts of aggravated assault and two misdemeanor counts of simple assault.
Ferguson Township:
- A 22-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Dec. 14 by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
Philipsburg:
- A 24-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.
Potter Township:
- A 57-year-old Rebersburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one summary traffic violation.
Rush Township:
- A 60-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI, one misdemeanor count of a blood alcohol content higher than 0.02 and three summary traffic violations.
Snow Shoe Township:
- A 22-year-old Philipsburg woman was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and three summary traffic violations.
Spring Township:
- A 52-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Sunday by Spring Township police with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
State College:
- A 21-year-old Lackawanna County man was charged Dec. 14 by State College police with one misdemeanor count of obstruction of law enforcement and one summary count of disorderly conduct.
- A 22-year-old New York man was charged Tuesday by the state police Bureau of Criminal Investigations with with one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
