Here are the criminal cases filed Feb. 22-28 in Centre County

Below is a list of criminal cases filed between Feb. 22 and Sunday in Centre County. The information was gathered from the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System.

Bellefonte:

  • A 28-year-old Montgomery County man was charged Thursday by state police at Hollidaysburg with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver, one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.

College Township:

  • A 53-year-old Rebersburg woman was charged Tuesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property.
  • A 19-year-old Bucks County man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary count of carrying a false identification.
  • An 18-year-old Bucks County man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor.
  • A 31-year-old Blair County man was charged Wednesday by State College police with one felony count of receiving advance payment for services, but failing to perform.
  • A 35-year-old State College man was charged Friday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.

Ferguson Township:

  • A 38-year-old Lemont man was charged Feb. 22 by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
  • A 21-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
  • A 21-year-old Virginia man was charged Wednesday by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 24-year-old Port Matilda woman was charged Wednesday by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 57-year-old Howard woman was charged Wednesday by Ferguson Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.
  • A 19-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by Ferguson Township police with one misdemeanor count of DUI, one summary count of purchasing alcohol as a minor and one summary traffic violation.

Gregg Township:

  • A 32-year-old Spring Mills man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic violations.

Harris Township:

  • A 53-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of intimidating a witness.

Milesburg:

  • A 55-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of theft by deception.
  • A 35-year-old Clinton County woman was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 37-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 40-year-old Milesburg man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Miles Township:

  • A 47-year-old Rebersburg man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of cruelty to animals.

Patton Township:

  • A 34-year-old Boalsburg woman was charged Wednesday by Patton Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI.

Philipsburg:

  • A 34-year-old Mifflin County man was charged Feb. 22 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of an offensive weapon and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 25-year-old Mifflin County woman was charged Feb. 22 by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 32-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and three summary traffic violations.

Snow Shoe:

  • A 40-year-old York County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and two summary traffic violations.

Snow Shoe Township:

  • A 55-year-old New Jersey man was charged Wednesday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count of DUI and two summary traffic violations.

Spring Township:

  • A 30-year-old Lancaster County man was charged Wednesday by state police at Hollidaysburg with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.
  • A 42-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Friday by state police at Rockview with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and one summary traffic violation.

State College:

  • A 19-year-old Maryland man was charged Feb. 22 by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 35-year-old Clinton County woman was charged Tuesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of theft of services.
  • A 37-year-old Milesburg man was charged Tuesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of theft of services.
  • An 18-year-old Bucks County man was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
  • A 39-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
  • A 47-year-old Cambria County man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and two summary traffic violations.
  • A 29-year-old Pine Grove Mills woman was charged Friday by State College police with one felony count of forgery and one misdemeanor count each of theft by deception and theft by unlawful taking.
