- A 24-year-old State College man was charged April 26 by Patton Township police with one felony count of retail theft and one misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property.
- A 60-year-old Port Matilda man was charged Saturday by Patton Township police with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment.
Philipsburg:
- A 42-year-old Clearfield County man was charged Saturday by state police at Rockview with one felony count each of criminal trespassing and burglary, five misdemeanor counts each of indecent exposure and open lewdness, four misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief, one misdemeanor count each of strangulation, terroristic threats, cruelty to animals and resisting arrest, and one summary count of public drunkenness.

- A 19-year-old State College woman was charged Tuesday by State College police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
- A 19-year-old New York man was charged Tuesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- An 18-year-old Philadelphia woman was charged Wednesday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
- A 49-year-old Virginia woman was charged Thursday by State College police with one ungraded count each of DUI and accidental damage to an unattended vehicle.
- A 29-year-old State College man was charged Thursday by Penn State police with one misdemeanor count of defiant trespassing.
