Bellefonte:
A 31-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged May 24 by Bellefonte police with one misdemeanor count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
A 32-year-old Philadelphia man was charged May 24 by Bellefonte police with two felony counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, and one misdemeanor count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
College Township:
- A 21-year-old Chester County woman was charged May 24 by State College police with one misdemeanor count of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
- A 29-year-old Bellefonte woman was charged Thursday by State College police with one felony count each of prohibited possession of a firearm, conspiracy to commit prohibited possession of a firearm, sales to an ineligible transferee, conspiracy to commit sales to an ineligible transferee and providing a false written statement, and one misdemeanor count each of prohibited firearm ownership, conspiracy with another person to commit prohibited firearm ownership and statement under penalty.
Rush Township:
- A 39-year-old Philipsburg man was charged Tuesday by state police at Rockview with one felony count of providing a false written statement and one misdemeanor count each of prohibited possession of a firearm and statement under penalty.
Spring Township:
- A 48-year-old Bellefonte man was charged Thursday by Spring Township police with two misdemeanor counts of DUI and one summary traffic violation.
State College:
- A 27-year-old State College man was charged Wednesday by State College police with one misdemeanor count of terroristic threats and one summary count of harassment.
- A 55-year-old State College woman was charged Friday by State College police with one misdemeanor count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
