Moshannon Valley domestic issue prompts harassment charge

An argument between an area husband and wife allegedly turned physical last week.

The incident occurred at 1:45 a.m. Nov. 27.

State police at Clearfield charged Charles H. Null, Jr., 72, of Osceola Mills with harassment after he allegedly grabbed his 66-year old wife’s hair and throat. Police say the man also threatened to punch her.
