Man suffers broken nose after an alleged altercation in State College

A man suffered a broken nose late Friday night after an alleged altercation in State College.

State College police Lt. Brad Smail said an 18-year-old man told police he was in an altercation but didn’t remember anything after that.

Smail said the incident happened at the 300 block of East Fairmount Avenue.
