State College woman charged with felony burglary
Anna Marie Podrasky allegedly broke into the home of an 80-year-old woman, according state police Rockview.
Police say Podrasky, 28, damaged the outside of the Benner Township home before getting into the attached garage. She was found to be under the influence and taken for a blood draw, according to a release. The alleged break-in occurred at 4:45 a.m. Saturday.
In addition to being charged with a count of felony burglary, Podrasky is facing five misdemeanors and two summary offenses.
District Judge Carmine W. Prestia Jr. set bail at $50,000, which Podrasky could not post.
Podrasky’s preliminary hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. Jan. 6.
