Man accused of throwing phone at girlfriend waives prelim

A Boalsburg man accused of injuring his girlfriend after allegedly throwing a cellphone at her head waived his preliminary hearing on Wednesday.

Grayson Blake, 33, is charged with one misdemeanor count of simple assault and one summary count of harassment after police say his actions caused a contusion to his girlfriend’s head.

Blake was arraigned Friday by District Judge Allen Sinclair.
