Freedom Township police find meth lab in Blair County
While investigating a male suspect, Freedom Township police — assisted by neighboring departments — discovered a meth lab.
Police arrived at 10:56 p.m. on Friday at 140 Boyer Lane in Duncansville, Blair County, to investigate a male at the residence for whom a warrant had been issued, according to a press release from police.
As the officers approached the rear of the house, they observed three individuals making methamphetamine on the outside basement steps in plain view, the release said.
Seven people have been detained, and charges are to be filed.
State police are clearing the residence and gathering evidence, according to the release.
Freedom Township and Roaring Spring fire departments also responded.
