Man charged with rape continues preliminary hearing

The Lancaster man charged with raping a woman in her sleep last week continued his preliminary hearing Wednesday.

State College police arrested Shin on April 14. He is charged with rape of an unconscious complainant and sexual assault, both felonies. Shin also faces charges of indecent sexual assault without the consent of another and numerous counts of invasion of privacy.

Shin is accused of videoing himself having sex with the unconscious woman in the case.
