Kane could be called as witness in Sandusky PCRA hearing
Attorneys for former Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky submitted papers to Mckean County Senior Judge John Cleland to call Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane as a witness in a possible evidentiary hearing for his Post Conviction Relief Act petition.
The decision came after Kane’s recent claims of selective prosecution were raised in Sandusky’s hearing Monday in Bellefonte.
