Judge binds over Howard man’s assault and harassment charges
Assault and harassment charges against a Howard man were bound over in a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
Charles Harter, 43, is accused of grabbing a woman by her hair and shoving her up against a wall, according to court documents.
Per court records, the woman was injured during the altercation.
District Judge Allen Sinclair bound over both charges, which include a second-degree misdemeanor count of simple assault and a summary count of harassment.
Harter’s case will proceed to a pretrial conference.
His arraignment is scheduled for June 15.
