State College police increase reward for information on heroin death

State College police on Friday announced an increase in the reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for supplying a woman with the heroin that caused her death on June 9.

The reward for information on who supplied Shana Greger with heroin has been increased from an original offer of up to $1,000 to up to $10,000, according to a press release.

Earlier this week an individual contacted the police department offering to increase the reward.

State College police ask anyone with information to contact them at 234-7150, by email or submit an anonymous tip.
