High school homecoming is back. Here’s what to know about events around Centre County
With football back in full swing, homecoming celebrations are on the horizon with students, alumni and fans preparing to show their school spirit.
State College Area celebrations will look a little different this year with a change in the parade route, following safety concerns. The route will now start at State High and wind through the Holmes-Foster and Greentree neighborhoods before ending back at the high school.
In previous years, the parade started at State High before crossing South Atherton and heading down Allen Street to Memorial Field.
