Photos: Community members, including 103-year-old, go ‘Over the Edge’ at Beaver Stadium

Beaver Stadium has been home to many memorable moments, but Friday marked a first as community members took turns rappelling down the west side.

Centre County United Way and Penn State partnered with Over The Edge for the fundraiser, offering the first 107 people who raised $1,500 a spot to rappel down the stadium. Fifty four individuals and 12 teams hit that threshold, with more than $64,000 raised for the Centre County United Way.
