No debate in budget process
It's comforting to find out that state budget negotiations are almost finished. Nice to hear from the ruling class in Harrisburg.
Wondering if you've missed a debate, whether it's about higher ed funds or ripping into social service funds?
You haven't missed anything. Again there were no open debates.
Again the state will have a budget that's put together behind closed doors. It might just be on time this year.
The ruling class likes it that way. We pay $300 million a year for them to do their job, so we must like it that way too.
