A no-tax increase budget?

Please spare me the elation over passing a state budget on time, and passing a budget that does not increase taxes.

Gov. Tom Corbett has been pounding away at the no-tax increase piece since he came into office, and he and others repeat it at every chance.

Sorry guys, but are you paying attention at the local level? Have you seen a place where school taxes aren't going up?

Any place?

So taxes ARE going up, and you know what's not coming in -- revenue from a tax on gas drilling.

Isn't that special?
