Are you sitting down? You may need to be before learning about a “Wheel of Fortune” round some are calling the worst of all time.

It looked promising from the start of the Tuesday, March 1 round. The three contestants had nearly solved the puzzle, with the board showing “Another Feather _n Yo_r _a_” But then came their guesses.

“Another Feather In Your Hat?” No, that’s not it. One of the contestants asked if there was a “G” in the puzzle, but that wasn’t any help.

“Another Feather In Your Lap?” asked the first contestant for her second guess. OK, now things were getting unbelievable.

They received some help, when one contestant asked if there was a “P” in the puzzle. There was — but that only led to an incorrect “Another Feather In Your Map” guess.

Finally, contestant Thomas Lipscomb, whose previous two turns were wasted when he bankrupted and lost a turn, correctly solved the puzzle. “Another Feather In Your Cap,” he said, ending everyone’s misery.

Viewers were in disbelief and shared their thoughts on Twitter.

“I’m yelling at the television like I’m watching a football game,” one woman said.

”How have all 3 contestants on ‘Wheel of Fortune’ right now never heard the phrase ‘another feather in your cap’??” one viewer asked. “This is madness!!!”

“That was the most brutal minute of ‘Wheel of Fortune’ I have ever seen,” another viewer said.
