Located in one of the “world’s most prestigious” areas, an “architectural triumph” in the form of a mega mansion offers vivid and spectacular views. But you’d need a pretty vast chump of change to afford it.
A nine-bedroom, 14-bathroom mansion that’s just slightly under 21,000 square feet has landed on the real estate market in Bel Air, California, for a whopping $150 million, the listing on Compass says.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the property is the third-most expensive residence in Los Angeles County.
Owned by George Ruan, co-owner of the online coupon-clipping company Honey, the phenomenal estate comes with a plethora of features, including:

Outdoor oasis with infinity pool

One-bedroom guest house with private pool

“This home is the pinnacle of luxury, tucked away in the hills, yet conveniently located moments from the world’s most sought-after dining, entertainment and leisure,” the listing says.
Ruan never lived in the massive residence and bought it unfinished in 2020 for $60 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Paypal purchased Honey in 2019 for $4 billion, making it one of the year’s biggest acquisitions, Performance IN said.
The listing is held by Aaron Kirman of the Aaron Kirman Group at Compass.
