Gambler bets 88 cents on her birthday — hits slot machine jackpot at Las Vegas casino

A woman celebrated her 60th birthday at a Las Vegas casino with a big jackpot prize.

Now, she’s $20,253 richer.

The woman sat at a Rakin Bacon slot machine at the Binion’s Gambling Hall & Hotel, the casino said in a Nov. 13 post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

She bet 88 cents, hit spin and watched as the symbols flashed across the screen.

“She landed the bonus and hit the grand jackpot. Talk about icing on the cake!” the casino said in the post.

Another gambler got lucky at the same casino recently.

That player bet $1.60 on a Luxury Line slot machine and won over $11,000.

Binion’s Gambling Hall & Hotel is in downtown Las Vegas. It’s part of the Fremont Street Experience.
