Teens facing jail time for live-streaming sex on Facebook

Two teenage girls are facing criminal charges after they skipped school to broadcast themselves and a teenage boy having sex on Facebook.

The 14- and 15-year-old girls were reportedly committing sex acts on the live video with a 15-year-old boy in January. The girls were skipping school at the Barack Obama School of Career and Technical Education, and four students at the school saw the video.

A search warrant from Milwaukee police asks Facebook to hand over all the information it has on the account of the 14-year-old girl, including pictures, status history, videos, and email, according to WDJT.

The boy was not listed as a suspect on the search warrant, but both the girls were.

The warrant says the two juvenile girls in the video could be charged with “exposing a child to harmful material.”

The career and technical education school includes kindergarteners through high schoolers, according to WLS. The age of the students who saw the video is unclear.
