Explanation needed for tax increase
After receiving my property tax bill, I was surprised to see the excessive increase from 8 mills last year to 11 mills — a 37.5 percent increase this year.
I feel as a taxpayer, I, as well as all taxpayers in Milesburg borough, deserve an explanation for the excessive increase.
