Cotarelo a voice for all residents
I am writing to express my support for Marina Cotarelo for State College Borough Council.
I have known Cotarelo for several years, since she was an undergraduate in kinesiology at Penn State, and have always been extremely impressed with her intelligence, work ethic and dedication.
She will be a fantastic voice for State College young professionals, students and all residents. I highly encourage everyone to support Cotarelo’s candidacy.
