On the ‘imbalanced’ judiciary

While I am far from agreement with all the decisions made by federal judges and justices, and indeed I agree with some of the conclusions reached in Mr. Edmunds’ op-ed (CDT, 6/3), I cannot agree with his larger premise regarding judicial imbalance.

With a lunatic in the White House, and a Congress largely beholden to wealthy benefactors and obviously intent on destroying the poor, elderly and underrepresented, the “imbalanced” judiciary is the only part of government left to hold America together.

What would he have, a trifecta of insanity to destroy all but the rich?
