Wolf agenda not good for taxpayers
If not clear before, the reason Pennsylvania is falling behind other states is our system of crippling taxes. Gov. Tom Wolf has never seen a spending program he did not believe is essential. It is for good reason that he has been called America's most liberal governor. He has said our $32 billion budget is not enough. We wonder when he will get enough. Higher taxes, which he advocates for, would not be good for Pennsylvania (and certainly not be good for taxpayers).
