Congressmen, we need your help

I really hope my Sens. Casey and Toomey are listening, along with my Rep. Glenn Thompson. Now more than ever, we need their help with this proposed tax plan.

My husband and I are a middle-income household. Six out of nine of the proposed tax deductions (two-thirds) will have a direct impact on us. This is totally unacceptable and my next election vote for their office will definitely be impacted by their vote on these tax increases. The congressmen were elected to serve the people of their state, 55 percent of which fall into to the middle-income bracket and 13 percent into low income. That is a total of 68 percent of their constituents.

I trust that they will do the right thing and reject these unfair proposals.
