Trump should pay the bill

With Donald Trump throwing insults and put downs on a daily basis at anybody in his way, would somebody please explain to me why American schools are spending millions of dollars across the country on anti-bullying programs? With Trump and some other political heavyweights casting verbal bombshells as “role models” for an untold number of people including children with big eyes and big ears, anti-bullying funding seems to be a waste. Maybe Trump should be asked to pay the bill.
