As Democrats in Pennsylvania, we have some very good candidates to choose from to represent our state in Washington. I urge you to pick Joe Sestak, retired vice admiral, as the best choice. Sestak has spent the past few years traveling to all corners of our state to listen to our concerns and share his plans for moving our country forward. He is dedicated, sincere, energetic and tenacious.
Sestak has a diverse background: spent 31 years in the Navy, selected as the first director of the Navy’s Anti–terrorism Unit after the 9/11 tragedies, received a doctorate from Harvard, became a college-level instructor, served on President Clinton’s National Security Council and represented Pennsylvania’s 7th Congressional District in Washington for two terms.
Many politicians have been able to identify problems that need to be solved, but Sestak has real, workable solutions to those problems. He believes in collaborative work, utilizing the best that the public and private sectors have to offer.
When you vote in the primary election, “Go with Joe!”
