It has been just more than a year since Bernie Sanders began his campaign on the waterfront of Burlington, Vt.
Since then, he has set records by raising millions and millions of dollars from double-digit donations, held hundreds of rallies, and ignited a political revolution with millions of voters behind him every step of the way.
While Sanders did all but lose the nomination to Secretary Hillary Clinton on Tuesday, I ask of you supporters to do one thing: not give up. We cannot lose sight of our goal: revolutionizing our political system with progressive values and beliefs.
Our government has one president and hundreds of representatives. So, whether you vote for Clinton, Jill Stein, Gary Johnson or even Donald Trump, remember that our movement does not end now, it goes all the way to November.
Vote for candidates like Kerith Strano Taylor and Josh Shapiro, go to Philadelphia to make your voice heard, and continue the revolution that Bernie Sanders started. Be the change that you want to see in the world this November.
