Kyla Irwin leaves mark in another UConn victory
State College’s Kyla Irwin made her contributions to the UConn women’s basketball team’s 97th consecutive win, a 96-50 thumping of Tulsa.
The freshman forward scored five points to go with two rebounds and two assists in 11 minutes of action. She was 2 for 2 from the field, including making her only 3-point attempt, in helping the No. 1 Huskies to a 22-0 record this season.
