Kyla Irwin helps UConn women to 98th straight win

State College graduate Kyla Irwin had a hand in the 98th consecutive victory for the No. 1 Connecticut women’s basketball team on Tuesday night.

The freshman scored two points and grabbed two rebounds in eight minutes on the court.

The Huskies (23-0) possess the longest win streak for a Division I women’s or men’s basketball program.
