Trib HSSN Pennsylvania high school softball rankings for May 13, 2026
May 13-For some districts, the softball playoffs have begun. For others, they get underway next week.
Either way, the elite softball teams in the state are becoming the models of consistency with very few changes again to the latest Trib HSSN rankings.
In fact, only two teams dropped out, both from District 7.
Laurel in Class 2A was replaced by undefeated Northwest Area and Carmichaels was bumped in Class A for Holy Cross.
The top-ranked teams remained the same in all but once class as unbeaten West Shamokin takes over the top spot in Class 2A from Chartiers-Houston.
In the other five classes, the top remains the same with Central Dauphin in 6A, Shaler in 5A, Kennard-Dale in 4A, Sharon in 3A and Union in Class A still at No. 1.
