Why Is Raphinha Not Playing Tonight for FC Barcelona vs Valencia?

FC Barcelona's last game of this season will be away from home against Valencia. The match will be the last match for Robert Lewandowski as an FC Barcelona player.

Barcelona will end the season as La Liga champions and can end the season with 97 points with a win over Valencia.

The La Liga champions will play against Valencia without Raphinha in the squad. Barcelona will be starting wth Lewandowski, Ferran Torres, and Marcus Rashford in the attack against Valencia.

Last weekend, Raphinha started for Barcelona and scored a brace against Real Betis, where Barcelona won 3-1 at home. Raphinha did not finish the match as he was taken off in the 63rd minute.

Raphinha is not only missing from the starting lineup, but he is not part of the Barcelona bench.

Is Raphinha Injured?

Raphinha is not injured and was part of the training sessions earlier this week ahead of the match against Valencia.

The Brazilian winger was not included in the squad list for the match tonight earlier today and reportedly did not travel with the team to Valencia.

Raphinha is likely being rested after recently coming back from an injury that kept him out for more than a month. Raphinha is expected to report to the Brazilian national team next week ahead of the World Cup.
