3 Nittany Lions named to U.S. Men’s Lacrosse U-19 roster

Three Penn State men’s lacrosse players have been selected to the 2016 U.S. Men’s U-19 National Team, the athletic department announced on Thursday.

Freshman Tommy Wright and incoming early signees Mac O’Keefe and Gerard Arceri are three of 25 players who will represent the country and age group at the Federation of International Lacrosse World Championship this summer in Coquitlam, B.C.

Penn State associate head coach Peter Toner is an assistant coach for the national team. Training for the team’s appearance in the tournament begins in June.
