Bellefonte’s Brock Port is the CDT’s Feb. 29 Athlete of the Week

Bellefonte wrestler Brock Port is a Centre Daily Times Athlete of the Week.

Port became a three-time District 6 Class AAA champion on Saturday in Altoona, earning an 11-1 major decision victory over Philipsburg-Osceola’s Dakota Weitosh. Port handled the match with relative ease, leading 7-0 to ceola’s Dakota Weitosh. Port handled the match with relative ease, leading 7-0 to start the third period.

With the win, Port is one of eight Bellefonte wrestlers to qualify for this weekend’s Northwest Regional tournament in Altoona.
