HOWARD

Philipsburg earned a 3-1 win over Howard on Tuesday.

Jake Belinda went five innings, striking out seven and allowing two hits and one run to earn the win.

The Pirates scored two runs in the third inning to take the lead for good.

Philipsburg had four hits, while Howard finished with two.
