Centre County Baseball League, Clarence Mounties vs. Philipsburg

Justin Koleno pitched a one-hitter as the Clarence Mounties dominated a showdown with the Spike Island Pirates 10-0 Tuesday evening in Centre County Baseball League action.

Koleno (4-0), who already has a no-hitter this season, struck out three, walked two and allowed only an infield single to Logan Williamson in the fourth inning of the five-inning contest.

The Mounties (10-0) pounded out nine runs in the first two innings off losing pitcher Parker Watson, including three RBIs from Justin Taylor, a two-run double from Brian Kochik in the first innng and a two-run home run by Derek Jabco in the second. Chuck Probst added a solo homer in the fourth.

The Pirates dropped to 6-2 on the season.
