Centre County Baseball League, Howard vs. Spring Mills

Phil Holter pitched a two-hitter, while Howard made the most of its five hits in an 11-1 win over Spring Mills on Tuesday.

The Hawks (7-4) took advantage of three Braves errors along with five walks and four hit batters by three Spring Mills pitchers.

Clay Smith doubled for Howard, which had a five-run fourth inning that had only a leadoff single to go with walks, hit batters and errors.

Holter struck out seven and walked two, giving up doubles to Jordan Brennan and Hunter Homan.
