The State College American Legion baseball team scored a pair of wins Sunday, beating Bellefonte 10-0 and Philipsburg 8-2.
Tyler Hall swung a big stick for State College in the five-inning victory over Bellefonte with a single, triple and three RBIs while also scoring three runs. Josh Gardner plated two more runs with his two hits.
Caleb Walls earned the win on the mound, giving up just three hits in the shutout, while Ryan McElwee took the loss.
Against Philipsburg, State College pulled away with a four-run seventh inning. Walls had the hot bat with a triple among his three hits to go with three RBIs, while Hall and Gardner had two hits apiece.

Spencer Randolph struck out seven for the win.
Hunter Ammerman had three hits and Mike Askey added two for Philipsburg, with Cam Domblisky taking the loss.
