Bellefonte American Legion baseball falls

Clearfield throttled Bellefonte 12-2 on Wednesday after the home team had more errors than hits.

Bellefonte committed nine errors and connected for six hits, scoring its only two runs in the second inning. Ethan Corman led Bellefonte at the plate with a single and double.

Clearfield posted 11 hits and scored in all but two innings.

Bellefonte (4-4-1) hosts Clarence on Thursday.
