SPRING MILLS

Mistakes in the field led to Spring Mills’ demise, as the Braves committed seven errors and lost to the Clarence Coyotes 5-3 on Wednesday night.

Tyler Shaw was the winning pitcher for Clarence, and the losing pitcher for the Braves was Tyler Myers.

However, Myers wasn’t the problem on the mound. He tallied five strikeouts and only allowed one earned run.

At the plate for Clarence, Shaw had two hits, while Dillon Shaw had two singles and a double, and Ben Verbitsky had a double.
